The most resonant drawing to me from the exhibition is one picture of fully loaded small raft. This small raft is drawn in big white paper showing it’s sailing through big water. On the raft there are 3 or 4 men holding stick to row the raft, but they stand in different side of it so the raft keep standing still. The raft is loaded with men, houses, and animals, it is paradox to the condition of small raft. This drawing is poetic because the composition of the small raft in a big white paper draws my attention, and the artist pull my imagination about the raft being in a big ocean. Also, it is poetic because paradoxical theme on small weak raft, which is actually can’t afford heavy loading, but the artist shows it is possible.
